TradePort USA Weekly Contest

I. *NAME OF SPONSOR(S)*

TradePort USA, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “TradePort”).

II. *HOW TO ENTER*

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.*

Go to the TradePort Weekly Contest Wildfire application during the execution window (5/30/2012 at 12:30pm until 6/6/2012  at 12.30pm), as stated on the entry form.

To participate complete the entry form with your name, email address, and Contest answer.

Failure to satisfactorily complete and timely submit TradePort Contest Entry Form as required herein will result in disqualification of entrant. Contest entries remain the property of TradePort and will not be returned.

Entrant can only qualify once during the entire "TradePort  Tablet Give Away!" period. Entries in excess of the limit by the same person will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void.

Entries must be received by 12:30pm ET on 6/6/2012.

III. *HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED*

One winner from the participating TradePort Contest will be randomly selected following the end of the submission period (6/6/2012).

If a potential winner is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at TradePort's sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting.

Offs of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter, only one will win the prize.
